Order Guidelines
GANG RUN PRINTING LIMITATIONS
Our goal here at SuperCheapCards.com is to provide you with high quality printing at a cost that is a fraction of what others charge. With Gang Run Printing (your job is grouped in with over 20 other jobs) there are limitations on how your order can be reproduced. Because your satisfaction is my only concern, I want you to understand what we are not able to guarantee.
1. Color matches are NOT guaranteed. Colors can vary and may not match the exact shades of the proof you approved.
NOTE: If your job is color critical you can purchase color critical insurance for an additional 25% of the card cost. With Color Critical Insurance color matches are guaranteed to match very closely and not very in shade from the proof submitted (If EXACT PMS COLOR MATCHES are needed, please call to discuss dedicated run options). 15% of your order would have to be sent back to request a reprint.
2. Card Cuts can vary up to 3/16". Cuts are guaranteed to be straight but can and will vary up to 3/16" vertical and horizontally.
3. Reprint Requests: If you do receive your cards and feel there is a SIGNIFICANT color variance and lack of quality you can send back 15% of your order (750 cards per 5,000) and request a reprint.

I do want to say 98.3% of my clients are extremely satisfied with the quality we provide at the substantial discounted prices we charge but in any business it is virtually impossible to satisfy 100% of your clients. I like to be upfront and completely honest and would rather under promise and over deliver then to take a chance of disappointing you. I will always strive to do my very best to satisfy you and always welcome your feedback and calls and hope we can develop a long and mutually beneficial business relationship.
How To Order
To order, you can either call and place your order over the phone or you can order online. I will be contacting you either way to introduce myself and to confirm your order. I am reachable virtually anytime and make an effort to take all calls anytime of the day or night when they come in. If you do leave a message, you will receive a prompt return call 7 days a week.
Submitting Artwork Submitting artwork is very easy. All that is needed is a 300dpi JPEG file sized correctly with a 3/16" bleed. What a 3/16" bleed means is having nothing within an 3/16" of the edge of your image that could not be cut off as cuts can vary a little. You can have your background images, photos or colored background go all the way to the edge. To convert your file to a JPEG file is usually pretty easy. All you need to do is choose export or save as under your file menu and then choose JPEG file and set the resolution to 300 and color model to CMYK. If you are not able to convert your file to a JPEG for any reason, please email what you do have and we will do my best to make what you have work. I can work with most PC type of files (PDF, Publisher, Corel, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Artwork Approval Your order will be not printed until your approval is received via email. This is to protect you to assure what is printed is exactly what you want. SuperCheapCards.com assumes no responsibility for orders that are approved that contain spelling mistakes or other layout errors. Since all orders are printed by using a JPEG file and the CMYK printing process, it is impossible for a mistake to happen during the printing process since what is being reproduced is an image. SuperCheapCards is responsible for printing the correct artwork that you have approved. If the wrong artwork is printed that was not approved, SuperCheapCards will reprint at no additional charge to you.
Layout & Design If you do not have or are unable to create what you need to have printed, layout and design services are available. If you email the graphic elements and text of what you want and just need it put together, you layout can be done for an extra charge. If you need more involved layout and design services, please call to get a quote.
Charges To Your Credit Card NO charges are made to your credit card until your order is confirmed. NO automatic charges are made to your credit card when the order is initially submitted on line. Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Check By Email or fax is accepted.
Standard Shipping Method (UPS) All card orders are shipped UPS Ground which takes 3 to 5 days. If you have an event or special shipping requirements, please outline them on your order and also call to assure prompt handing of your order. Stamps are shipped first class mail.
Overnight Shipping (Delta Cargo) Orders can be shipped via Delta Cargo where you can pick up your order at the nearest major airport. The minimum charge for this service is $69.00. Please call to find out the exact cost for your order and what airport your order would be shipped to.
Standard Product Time All card and stamp orders are shipped within 3 Business Days. If you need 24 hour shipping (For orders placed on Mon, Tue, Wed or Thur) please indicate it on your order. If you have an event date, call so a shipping method can be selected that will accomodate your time frame. |
