What to have ready when you call

A custom quote goes quickly when you can answer five questions:

  1. What is it? Describe the item, or send a photo of one you have used before.
  2. What size? Finished dimensions in inches, and whether it folds.
  3. How many? A rough quantity is fine, and we will suggest price breaks.
  4. What material? Paper, card, plastic, vinyl or another surface, if you know.
  5. When do you need it? The date it must be in your hands.

How a custom order works

We price the item on the call or call you back with the figure. Once you approve the price, send your artwork or ask us to design it.

You see a proof before anything prints, the same as every catalog order. Then the job ships UPS Ground from whichever of our six U.S. hubs makes it.
