Three sheet sizes, many layouts
A letter-size 8.5″ × 11″ sheet folds into the classic trifold that slips into a rack or an envelope. It is also the budget option: 10,000 cost $679.
The 11″ × 17″ tabloid sheet folds in half into a four-page menu with room for photos, $709 for 2,500. The long 11″ × 25.5″ sheet makes a large folding menu for restaurants with a long list, $993 for 2,500.
Folding fees
Flat sheets cost nothing extra. A bifold or trifold adds $30 on 2,500 pieces, $45 on 5,000 and $60 on 10,000, and the pieces arrive already folded.
That saves hours compared with folding by hand, and every panel lines up because a machine creases the paper.
Bifold or trifold?
A trifold splits a letter-size sheet into six narrow panels, which suits a step-by-step story or a short service list. A bifold gives four wide panels, better for large photos and menus people scan quickly.
The folding fee is the same for both, so choose the layout that fits your content.
Design help
Design is $129 for the 8.5″ × 11″ size and $159 for the larger sheets. You approve a proof of every panel before printing, so you can check prices, hours and the phone number carefully.
