Your design looks great. Let's make it print-ready.
Made it in ChatGPT, Canva or another AI tool? A file that looks sharp on a screen can print blurry, cut off at the edges or in the wrong colors. Upload it and Corey checks it for free, tells you exactly what to fix, and quotes any fixes before you pay for anything. Callbacks and quotes usually the same day.
Checks are free. Fixes are quoted first.
Free review
For every file, whether or not you order.
- Resolution and image quality: will photos and logos print sharp at your size?
- Bleed and trim: does the background run 0.125″ past the cut line?
- Safe margins: is text at least 0.125″ inside the cut?
- CMYK and RGB: which colors will shift when printed?
- Fonts: are they embedded or outlined, and is small text readable?
- PDF/X export: the exact settings to export a press-ready PDF from your program.
Paid fixes
Only if you want us to do them. Priced before any work starts.
- Resizing your design for another product, such as a card into an EDDM postcard.
- Adding bleed by extending the background.
- Rebuilding a low-resolution logo as a sharp vector file.
- Color correction for colors that print dull.
- Text and layout changes, or a full design from scratch.
Made with an AI tool or Canva?
AI image tools usually give you a square PNG around 1,024 pixels wide, in RGB, with no bleed and sometimes with garbled small text. At 300 pixels per inch that is only about 3.4 inches wide, so it can look great on your phone and still print soft on a postcard. Send it anyway. We'll tell you whether it can be used as is, needs a few fixes, or should be redrawn, and what that costs before you order.
Exporting a print-ready PDF yourself
- Set the document to the finished size plus 0.125″ on every side for bleed.
- Export as PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 with "use document bleed" turned on.
- Embed all fonts, or convert text to outlines.
- Keep images at 300 pixels per inch at their printed size.
Not sure your program has these settings? Upload what you have and we'll tell you what to change.
