How carbonless forms work
NCR stands for no carbon required. Each sheet in a set is coated so pressure from a pen transfers the writing to the sheets below. Write once and you have a copy for the customer, the office and the file.
A 2-part set suits most invoices. A 3-part or 4-part set adds copies for accounting, a dispatcher or a job folder.
Numbering and padding
Sequential numbering puts a unique number on every set, which makes missing invoices easy to spot. Choose black or red numbers.
Padding glues the sets along one edge so they tear off cleanly. Pick the top, right or left edge to suit how your team writes on a clipboard or a truck dashboard.
Printing on the back
Many businesses print their terms and conditions, warranty or return policy on the back of the top sheet. Choose black on both sides when you build the order, and the price builder updates.
If you reorder often, keep the same design and only change the starting number. Call 512-573-1977 with your last form number and we will continue the sequence.
Field crews usually keep a pad in each truck. Count how many forms your busiest week uses, multiply by your trucks, and order enough for a few months so you are not caught short mid-job.
Quantities and prices
NCR forms come in steps from 500 to 2,500 sets: 500 two-part sets cost $199, 1,000 cost $279 and 2,500 cost $519. You can print black on the front only or on both sides for terms and conditions.
Need your current form recreated? Design is $89. Call 512-573-1977 and describe the fields you need, and we will price it on the call.
